Youth & Young Adult

Youth in Grades 6-8 are invited to take part in S.A.L.T. (Stand And Live Truth).  Fun activities start in the school gym involving the Sunday Gospel reading or a seasonal theme and are followed by group discussions, and ways to apply what they learn to their daily lives.  We will follow up with a game & refreshments.  S.A.L.T. dates will soon be posted on the Youth bulletin board in the narthex, on the church website, and in the weekly church bulletin.

LEAD:  Youth Ministry for High Schoolers that brings us together as Catholic disciples and followers of Jesus.  We meet once a month on a Sunday in the cafeteria at 7:30 p.m. for videos, discussions, service and leadership opportunities, games, and refreshments.   Dates for LEAD will soon be found on the Youth bulletin board in the narthex, at, and in the weekly bulletin.  Friends are welcome to all events.

COMMUNITY SERVICE: Grades 8-12 teens are invited to “Fun Fridays,” an opportunity to do service projects for the parish while we watch a great movie.  Join us in Outreach (the Lighthouse, 200 St. Amelia Dr.- back entrance) on Fridays noon-2:00 through August 20th.  If you would like to learn to crochet, or already know and would like more service hours, come to Fun Fridays at 11:00 a.m. to learn how to make winter headbands for Ladies of Charity

Friends are always welcome.
